Apple and Cream Cheese Stuffed French Toast

For the Sauteed Apples:
In a pan add butter. When it melts add diced apples. Saute for a minute.
Add cinnamon powder, orange juice and lemon juice. Cook till apples absorb all the juice.
For the batter:
In a bowl whip the milk, eggs and cinnamon together.
For the Filling:
Mix cream cheese, sauteed apples and orange zest together.
For the French Toast:
Take the baguette and slice it into half diagonally. Remove the extra brown crust from all sides.
(Baguette is a long thin loaf of French bread. You can use normal bread too)
Slice it from the middle but not all the way, just from one side.
Fill it with the apple & cream cheese mixture.
Coat it with the batter and pan fry it with butter.
Dust some icing sugar and garnish with some strawberry sauce.
Serve.
