Dear Ms.Niru,
I tried baking a simple cake in microwave oven (my oven dsnt have convection mode). first time, it was good and spongy, but the cake dnt raise instead it sinked, and obviusly, no browning.Second time i tried with dates and nuts, this time it turned out bad, as it was wet and and again the cake sunk,( i served it as dates pudding!!!).
Kindly give me the measurement for simple cake and temp and time to bake in microwave mode.With that i think i can bake with diff toppings.

Hi Niru
I would like to know the recipe for onion samosa or veg samosa.This is not the regular potato filling but either onion or mixed veg.Actually my doubt is,for the outer layer do we use maida or wheat flour(used for rotis) for these samosas.I know for regular potato samosa we use maida,but for veg samosas i m confused as they are more crispier.Hope i am clear with my query.

Hi Niru,
i tried the cinnamon eggless cake using wholemeal flour(one of you recipe) but it doesn't turned out good one. It didn't rise enough and stayed uncooked from inside even after 1.5 hrs in the oven(220 c temp). i tried a chocolate cake with egg few days back it was really good.
i would really like to know that is it the eggless factor that my cake sunk and remained uncooked from inside. will be looking foward for your reply as i would like to bake it again for our anniversary.
