The recipe Stuffed Capsicum with (Nutrella) Kheema on NDTV Cooks.com is a intresting recipe. My query what exactly is this "Nutrella" in the recipe. I tried 6 times unsucessfuly to make my Munchurian Balls's crispy. Even after adding half quantity of Corn flour it still turns up soft and soggy after i stir the balls in sauce. Please advise I want to surprise my Wife.

i made chilli paneer the other day but it just came out ok..
I coated paneer pieces with cornflour mixed in water and then fried them but they just started sticking to the pan making it really difficult to fry.
Could you give me a nice recipe for chilli paneer??

I am baking eggless cake at 350 deg F. It is done on the sides but not in the center.
Also Does size and shape of the pan matter?
