How about pairing aloo gobi with a sweet and aromatic glass of Chenin Blanc or a full-bodied Chardonnay with Indian snacks like samosas, channa bhatura and pao bhaji? A new book called ?Indian Food and Wine (Easy Guide to Pairing)' by Michael Swamy makes it all possible. Launched in India by Seagram's Nine Hills' and Om Books International, it is the first book in India that takes a holistic look at pairing the flavours, textures and heat levels of Indian food with wine.
