Indus Pride describes the Strange Brew Experience as "an experience where everything from the decor, the food, the music and the drink is curated to blend a sensory brew that will stimulate the new age experimental."
The event has been traveling to six cities with six different artists.
The Indus Pride beer, brewed with Indian spices and herbs, comes in four variants - Citrusy Coriander, Citrusy Cardamom, Spicy Fennel and Fiery Cinnamon. Along with the music, these four beers will be paired beautifully with food at the events.
The Delhi event, which took place at Blue Frog, was curated by the Indian Electronica band - The Midival Punditz. The four Indus Pride beers were paired with two sets of menus -
Vegetarian Menu
1) Spicy potato and garlic cutlet burger – paired with Citrusy Coriander beer.
2) Veg strippers - paired with Citrusy Cardamom beer.
3) Baked brie with pineapple compote - paired with Spicy Fennel beer.
4) Cheese and jalapeno stuffed cigar roles - paired with Fiery Cinnamon beer.
