| Blend egg, milk, salt, flour, water and basil one by one, cover them and keep it in the freezer for 30 min. Mix oil, saute garlic and onion. Add prawns, squid, tunafish sauté. Let them simmer for sometime and add salt, green chilly and julien ginger to it. |

| Chicken Omelette with Mushrooms |
| Saute garlic, onion and celery in olive oil. Add small pieces of chicken, green chilly and Pour vegetable stock for flavour and saute them all together for 10 minutes. Add soya sauce and avoid using salt. Saute them all together till it gets dry. |
