Seafood Crepe
Blend egg, milk, salt, flour, water and basil one by one, cover them and keep it in the freezer for 30 min. Mix oil, saute garlic and onion. Add prawns, squid, tunafish sauté. Let them simmer for sometime and add salt, green chilly and julien ginger to it.
Chicken Omelette with Mushrooms
Saute garlic, onion and celery in olive oil. Add small pieces of chicken, green chilly and Pour vegetable stock for flavour and saute them all together for 10 minutes. Add soya sauce and avoid using salt. Saute them all together till it gets dry.
SALAD OF BABY LETTUCE AND CITRUS FRUITS WITH FETA
Mix all the ingredients, except the feta cheese, juice, oil and seasonings together in a large salad bowl. Whisk the oil and citrus juice together, season with the salt and pepper.
GROUPER WITH GINGERED CARROT PUREE, CUMIN SMASHED POTATOES & KAIRY CURRY
Season the grouper filet with lime juice, salt and pepper. Just before service, pan sear the grouper in sunflower oil. Drain off the excess oil.
