SALAD NICOISE
Cook the potatoes in a pan of salted boiling water for 15-20 minutes until tender.

Preheat the oven to 200C. Mix the pepper with the flour and coat the chicken pieces thoroughly. Set aside.
LAMB BURGER
In a large bowl, place the onions, lamb, chilies, garlic, salt, cumin, chili powder, and black pepper corns and mix well. Grab a handful of the lamb mixture and make a round patty shape about a half an inch thick.
TOMATO RELISH
Heat the oil in a frying pan on a medium to low heat and add the tomatoes, red chili, salt, vinegar and brown sugar.
POTATO SALAD
Take some yoghurt and tip some mayonnaise into it add some mixed herbs into the dressing, chop some spring onions and add it into the dressing too and just whip it up.
CHICKEN SOUP
Clean chicken and remove skin and fat. Place the chicken in a large stock pot and add 10 cups of water or enough to cover the chicken.
GREEK BARBEQUED SKEWERS
In a large bowl, mix all the ingredients together apart from the chicken. Then fold in the chicken into the marinade, cover the bowl and place in the fridge for two hours or overnight.
TOMATO AND FETA SALAD
Place the tomatoes, feta cheese and olives in a large bowl and set aside.

Pre heat the oven to gas mark 275 degree (140 degrees). Begin by heating the oil in a flameproof casserole dish or a pan until sizzling hot.

Combine almonds, powdered sugar and flour in a bowl or food processor scatter the butter on top and mix or process it till the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
TOMATO SOUP WITH PASTA
Heat the oil in soup pot and gently fry the onion for two minutes. Add tomatoes, carrot and celery. Mix thoroughly. Sprinkle in the seasonings & stir together. Fry for 3 minutes.

Heat the oil in a pan and add the bay leaves followed by the onion and fry for a couple of minutes, then add the green chillies, lamb, and carrots and continue frying for 8-10 minutes until the mince turns brown.
STUFFED ZUCCHINI BOAT
Make a slit lengthwise on each zucchini and scrape out the fleshy part removing some of the large seeds. Place them in boiling water and simmer for 2-3 minutes.
JACKET POTATO
Preheat the oven to gas mark 7/425F/220C. Prick the potatoes with a fork and put a few drops of olive oil over each and rub it all over the skin.
SPANISH MEAT BALLS
Add the grated onion, chopped garlic, Soy sauce, oregano or mixed herbs and the bread crumbs to the meat, and mix all ingredients together.
