One thing I really like about your website is here recipes are available free of cost and they are damn good. It's not like other sites like sanjeevkapoor.com or tarladalal.com wherein they ask for membership fee first and then only you can see their recipes.

Kabab Kubideh (Minced Kabab)
- 500gms sheeps ribs meat+some charbi finely minced.
- 4onions, grated, extract its juice(keep seperately). Juiceless Grated onion should be mixed well (Malesh) till minced meat sticks your hand . Add a pinch of salt. (34)
- Dip hand in onion juice, make round ball of minced meat, apply the meat ball on skewer, begining from near the end your hand is holding the seekh, uniform thickness, towards end pinch and pull off the meat on seekh , make some niche in the length of kababs (to cook well). (68)
- Let kabab rest for a while on tray.
- Grill on Charcoal fire(Manghal), turning over for cooking properly.
6) Press the seekh at the pinched end of kabab, extract using Small piece of Nan. Serve with fresh Onion broiled Tomatoes. - mohammed

I saw the NDTV program on cooking and learnt about this website. I think it is a great idea!Thanks to all of you!However, I have a imp suggestion to you. You need to give some more information on the accomapniments to each recipe- Is it traditionally eaten with rice, chappaties or somthing else? You have assumed that all your readers will know about it. Remember you are on the Web, and you have people across the globe visiting your site. Even within India people do not know much about the real food habits of people in other regions. Also please classify the recipes by other criteria for e.g. clicking on 'Recipes partaken with White Rice'- should take me to accompaniments with white rice from each region- from Sambhar to some accompaniment from the North-East, say. That would indeed be wonderful! Otherwise the reader has to go through each recipe and wonder what does it go well with. - Sujatha
