I think your site has come a long way from its initial avatar. I've tried out plenty of recipes, and they've all turned out great. Thanks! One thing I'd like to add though. When I'm scouting around for something new to make, I always have difficulty because there aren't any verbal descriptions of any the dishes. I found some wonderful description on the food sites of some individual bloggers. For instance, a blogger had given a description of Kalappam along with the recipe (amongst others) - Kallu means Toddy in Malayalam,and Kallapam is a kind of rice pancake ,traditionally prepared using ‘Kallu’ and tastes almost similar to lacy edged Palappam.As toddy is not readily available nowadays,its closest substitute yeast is used instead.This can be taken with any type of stew or spicy veg/non-veg curries.
This gives one a fair idea before deciding to cook something. Would be great if you could work on it.

if egg less cake can be made with condensed milk ? addition of mawa in eggless cake would enrich calcium values. if paneer and chocolate powder can be added in eggless cake. can we use different types of coloured custard powder with different flavor along with white flour may give attractive look
