Hi, I tried the Neer Dosa recipe and loved it. Please do not add any egg white to the batter as not required. Add water as per the required consistency and not more. Just follow the recipe.

I accidentally logged onto this site and now I have become an addict.Your glossary with the pictures of some of the ingredients make it very easy for the layman to know the ingredients better.
Recipes are good and easy to make.
would love to have more detailed terms for microwave cooking.

Thankyou for the interesting cooking show. One learns many new cooking methods. Two weeks back you showed Masala Bhindi, recipe was very tempting, but few things were not clear. For example for waterand onions you had mention one small bowl. It would be nice if you have give the quantity in cups or ml. Please tell the cooking time and size of the Bhindi
