    A. Chicken should ideally be roasted with its skin on as the skin will protect the flesh of the chicken from getting over-cooked or burnt in the oven. Also, there's nothing as tasty as crisp skin on a roasted chicken. Do baste the chicken with the marinade every 15 minutes while roasting.
